Belgian Tripel - Waiting For Godot 2023

Now in cans for our 2023 batch.

Deep golden in hue with notes of pear, fresh apple, clove, and banana. This beer stands well by itself or makes a good accompaniment for washed rind cheese and we recommend Milawa Blue.

We carefully create our own Belgian Candi syrup for each batch of Tripel to provide a perfect background of mild golden sweetness to balance the malt character in the beer.

With generous carbonation in the Belgian Tripel style, this is one very tasty beer.
