Piano Piano Italian Pilsner

Our first collaboration with the legends at Rocky Ridge!

Made with malts from the Mediterranean, the beer was given plenty of time to lager away, while the hops - Loral, Saaz, Ekuanot, and Motueka - were added at various stages during the fermentation. The beautifully clear beer brings bready, dry biscuit flavours, while the hops are a mix of floral and stone fruit with a lovely melon character.
